In Kelley's words...

Student success requires focused effort at every grade level in the form of individualized instruction and a wide array of enrichment
opportunities. The single biggest opportunity in the district today is the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math in
grades K-12. The vision and strategic design of the STEM Center, opening fall 2018, will be to serve ALL students at some level of either
enrichment or core curriculum

Parental involvement is a core strength of our district.  Our Council of PTAs is a crucial element to the success of our students and staff.  We need to continue to be proactive in communication to engage parents to the greatest extent possible as partners in their children’s education.”

Allen ISD must remain a district of choice for educators.  We must continue to work to ensure that teachers have the resources,
collaborative time, and autonomy that they require to meet the needs of their students while ensuring their compensation and benefits are competitive.

Allen has reduced taxes the past two years with no reduction in compensation or programs.  It is a top ranked district by the State Comptroller.  While taxpayers do get a great bang for their buck, we need to continue to focus on stewardship and work for efficiency to reduce the tax rate even further without compromising our performance. “
